When I first came to Dr. Ternus, I dealt with back pain on a daily basis as well as pain in my legs.  I thought it was something that I was just going to have to live with.  I started going through the decompression therapy under Dr. Ternus's care and for the first time in many years I am almost pain free.  I  feel stronger and I am able to do activities in which I could not do before.  Thanks, Jesse.

I started seeing Dr. Ternus three months ago.  I had  re-injured my neck which I originally injured in a car accident about 10 years ago.  I couldn't turn my head and had tingling in my left arm and hand.  Within one week of my care, the tingling was gone and my neck is at about 90%.  I have never seen a chiropractor before but Dr. Ternus has changed my belief in this type of health care.

I started seeing Dr. Ternus about a year ago for tendinittis.  After going to numerous doctors and being told there was nothing they could do, Dr. Ternus was recommended by a couple of friends who mentioned that he could probably help me.  I can say that "he has really helped me".  After he explained what chiropractic is and a couple of months of thereapy my tendinittis was gone.  When I first started seeing him I also told him that I suffered from migraines.  We discussed in detail how I would get, what I would do and take to help me with the pain.  Dr. Ternus mentioned that he can help me with my migraines.  Once again I noticed that I get less frequent migraines and don't have to take as much medicines for them as I use to.
